Wells-next-the-Sea is situated on the picturesque North Norfolk coast. It is a popular quayside town with a long sandy beach, brightly painted beach huts and a maze of narrow streets steeped in history.

'Wagtails' is situated on the southern side of the town away from the bustle of the shops, pubs and cafes.

DIRECTIONS

When entering Wells-next-the-Sea (travelling west), on the A149 (Cromer to Hunstanton Rd.), take the left turn approx. 300yds past St Nicholas Church into Market Lane. Alternatively, if approaching from Fakenham along the B1105, as you enter Wells take the first right turn (funeral directors on the corner) into Burnt Street. Travel past the fire station and take the second right turn into Market Lane. Waveney Close is the first turning on the left with the owners property ( No. 46 ) being the first house on the junction of Market Lane / Waveney Close.

To reach 'Wagtails' proceed along Waveney Close and take the right hand fork. The bungalow is the third property on the left.
